I've spent more than a decade building my career around something I've always believed in: great businesses are built by great people.

My professional journey has taken me through leadership, operations management, business development, and overseeing multiple locations and teams. Along the way, I've learned that no two businesses are the same, but the challenges business owners face often have a lot in common.

I've been the person responsible for budgets, staffing, employee development, customer satisfaction, operational challenges, and making the difficult decisions that come with running a business.

I've celebrated the wins, worked through the setbacks, and experienced firsthand the dedication it takes to keep everything moving forward.

And through all of it, one thing has remained constant: I genuinely love helping people and businesses reach their potential.

My background is rooted in hospitality and food service, where I've learned to make decisions quickly, manage competing priorities, and lead people through constant change.

After years of helping businesses succeed from within, I knew I wanted to create something of my own.

Something that would allow me to take the experience I've gained and use it to support entrepreneurs and business owners who are putting their time, energy, and heart into building something meaningful.

I didn't start Consuelo & Co. to hand out generic advice or tell people how to run their businesses.

I started it because I believe having someone in your corner—someone who listens, understands your challenges, and genuinely wants to see you succeed—can make all the difference.
