I’m Consuelo Thompson, founder of Consuelo & Co. Consulting. After more than a decade of leading teams, improving operations, and managing businesses across multiple locations, I decided to turn my passion for helping businesses succeed into something of my own.

I believe successful businesses are built on strong leadership, practical systems, and people who genuinely care. My goal is to bring that same commitment to every business owner I work with.
